At a high-level review meeting on summit preparations, the Chief Minister stressed that the event should strengthen Telangana’s international profile and provide prospective investors with a seamless experience. He directed officials to finalise all arrangements by the first week of November, ensuring that the infrastructure, logistics and other facilities are in place for delegates arriving from across India and abroad.

The summit is expected to bring together investors and business leaders, alongside experts and prominent figures in artificial intelligence (AI) and climate change. The Chief Minister also reviewed efforts to engage prospective investors through interactions at Raksha Expo and India Joy, expressing the expectation that these engagements would translate into tangible outcomes.

As part of the outreach campaign, officials discussed plans to highlight Telangana’s achievements in technology, pharmaceuticals and aerospace through promotional activities across Hyderabad, including drone-based publicity at selected locations. Arrangements for the Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming and Comics (AVGC) sector were also reviewed.

Emphasising the importance of presenting the State’s cultural identity alongside its economic ambitions, the Chief Minister directed officials to incorporate Telangana’s traditions into the summit venue’s design.
