Akshara Spoorthy to Organise ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat’ Cycling Ride in Hyderabad on October 25

HYDERABAD: Akshara Spoorthy will organise a ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat’ cycling ride in Hyderabad on Sunday, October 25, to raise awareness about drug abuse and encourage young people and the wider community to adopt healthy, drug-free lifestyles.

The ride will take place from 7 am to 9:30 am, starting at Sundarayya Park in Baglingampally and proceeding towards the Swamy Vivekananda Statue at Ashok Nagar.

The initiative aims to highlight the harmful effects of substance abuse and promote fitness and responsible choices through community participation. Carrying the message “Say No to Drugs | Choose a Healthy Life,” the campaign seeks to encourage citizens to contribute to efforts to prevent drug abuse.

The event also echoes the broader ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat’ vision of building a drug-free society. Its message, “Drug-Free Today – Stronger Tomorrow,” emphasises the importance of sustained public awareness and collective action, particularly among young people.

Through the cycling ride, Akshara Spoorthy aims to combine physical activity with a public awareness campaign, encouraging citizens to embrace healthier habits and support the goal of a drug-free India.
