PIONEER Programme Helps Govt Junior College Students Secure Top Ranks Through Special Coaching

MAHABUBNAGAR : Government Whip and Mahabubnagar MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy said that students studying in government junior colleges possess immense talent and can achieve outstanding results on par with students of private and corporate colleges if provided with proper encouragement and quality training. He expressed happiness that around 100 students every year have been securing top ranks and gaining free admission into medical, engineering and other professional courses through the PIONEER programme, being implemented by Mahabubnagar First for the past three years. Speaking at a felicitation programme organised at the MLA’s camp office to honour students who secured excellent ranks through the PIONEER special coaching programme and distribute certificates, Yennam Srinivas Reddy said that Mahabubnagar First was committed to providing quality education and better coaching facilities to students of government colleges. He said that the achievement of helping more than 100 students every year gain admission into various professional courses over the past three years was a clear indication of the programme’s success. He specially thanked the managements, principals and faculty members of Vagदेvi, Pratibha and Rishi Junior Colleges for extending their support by deputing their lecturers to provide special coaching to government college students for several months. He appreciated their dedication and cooperation, stating that their contribution had enabled students to receive quality training. He also praised the students for their hard work and determination in overcoming various difficulties and attending an additional two hours of coaching even after regular college hours. He said that the combined efforts of students, the dedication of teachers and the support of parents had resulted in these remarkable achievements. He noted that students were now securing admissions into various professional and technical courses, including medicine, engineering, nursing, agriculture, veterinary science and biotechnology. He also revealed that students in the city were being provided with computer education and skill development training through TASK. Expressing confidence that continuing these initiatives for another ten years could transform the lives of thousands of students, he said the achievements so far were not the final destination but only the first step towards a brighter future. Advising students to pursue their chosen courses with complete dedication and concentration, he urged them to continuously improve their technical knowledge and skills. He said that the three to four years spent pursuing higher education were extremely valuable and advised students to stay away from distractions and focus primarily on their studies. He stressed that merely obtaining degrees would not be sufficient to secure good employment opportunities; students must develop in-depth subject knowledge and practical skills in their respective fields. He encouraged them to maintain discipline and bring pride to their parents, teachers and educational institutions. He also advised students to share their achievements, certificates and photographs with their teachers and principals on social media, saying these would remain cherished memories in the years to come. Yennam Srinivas Reddy stated that the primary objective of these initiatives was to ensure that every child from every family received higher education, became self-reliant and led a dignified life. He called upon donors, educational institution managements, teachers and parents to extend their collective support towards achieving this goal.
